Dr Soniya Chavan has completed both her MBBS and MD (Obstetrics and Gynecology) from the eminent Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. She is trained in Minimally Invasive Surgery, Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy procedures from the esteemed Institute of CICE, France. She has also been trained under CEMAST (Center of Excellence For Minimal Access Surgery Training) Mumbai.

Dr Soniya has a vast experience in handling normal, cesarean, high risk pregnancies, and is able to manage critical cases related to diseases associated with pregnancy.
